STATEMENT Grand County is an area where I spent many of my childhood holidays. During this time I began to take up different forms of recreation: snowboarding, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, fishing, boating and hunting. In this series, I am revisiting the locations of my childhood and investigating this area that has been dedicated to leisure and tourism. I am looking at these small towns and how they continue to change due to new developments. BIOGRAPHY Grant Willing was born in 1987 and grew up in the suburbs of Denver, CO. He is currently in his third year studying photography at Parsons School of Design in New York City. Grant has been featured in a number of print and online publications including Hijacked, A Field Guide to the North American Family, and NY Arts Magazine (interview).
